Build Your Future Leaders from Within

An inspiring manager who leads by example and has the skills and knowledge to motivate their team is the most powerful resource at your disposal, and yet, around 80% of individuals in leadership positions have received no formal training in being a leader. Our Mindful Management programme is designed to provide a foundation in practical leadership and management to future leaders before they reach a position of senior leadership.

The full programme consists of four modules, each of which includes four workshops:

  • Performance Management
  • Managing teams and talent
  • From good to great

This is a flexible programme where we collaborate with you to select the modules that will benefit your employees the most. However, we do recommend completing it in full, given that this will be the first foray into leadership training for these employees. As this is priced per workshop, please inquire about our discount when including more team members from across the wider business.

It’s been a great journey so far, the chance to connect with individuals in leadership roles across different industries, ages, backgrounds and cultures has been a breath of fresh air.
