Terms and Conditions – Leadership MasterClass
1.1 The leadership masterclasses will be billed in full, for the annual payment. The course fees will cover the entire 12-month duration of the leadership masterclass.
1.2 quarterly or annually, depending on the chosen payment plan.
1.2 By arrangement only, a quarterly payment plan can be arranged. The course fees will be divided into four equal instalment’s for each quarterly section of the masterclass.
Booking and Seat Reservation:
2.1 By booking a seat in the leadership masterclass, the participant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2.2 The seat reservation is valid for the registered participant only, for the duration of the 12-month leadership masterclass.
2.3 All participants must complete the registration process and provide accurate and up-to-date information.
3.1 By booking a seat, the participant commits to paying for the entire 12-month duration of the leadership masterclass.
3.2 If the participant selects the quarterly payment plan, they are obligated to pay all four quarterly installments, even if they choose to discontinue the masterclass after starting.
4.1 If the participant is an employee of a business or organisation, and they leave during the course of the leadership masterclass, the business has the option to replace the attending person with another eligible employee.
4.2 The replacement participant must meet the eligibility criteria set forth for the leadership masterclass.
4.3 The replacement process must be communicated to the organisers and approved before the new participant can attend the masterclass.
Cancellation and Refunds:
5.1 Participants who wish to cancel their seat reservation must do so in writing and notify the organisers.
5.2 No refunds will be given for any cancellations or early terminations of the leadership masterclass. All payments made are non-refundable.
Intellectual Property and Confidentiality:
6.1 All materials, content, and intellectual property provided during the leadership masterclasses are the exclusive property of HR360.
6.2 Participants are not allowed to reproduce, distribute, or disclose any of the course materials without prior written consent from HR360.
Liability and Indemnification:
7.1 HR360 and its facilitators will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages or losses incurred by the participants during the leadership masterclass.
7.2 Participants agree to indemnify and hold HR360 harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from their attendance or participation in the masterclass.
Amendments and Updates:
8.1 HR360 reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the webpage.
8.2 Participants will be notified of any significant changes in the terms and conditions.
By booking a seat in the leadership masterclasses, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
